How to get here?
8 minutes gojek from terminal
Malang Ardjosari terminal is located about 5km north from the city Center. If you arrive at Malang via a bus you will be dropped here. Just open your gojek app to make an order. It will cost around IDR 15,000.
15 minutes walk from station
Malang train station is located 1km away from our hostel. You can walk directly while enjoying central streets along the walk. Your option is using angkot or gojek.
10 minutes gojek from airport
Abdurahman Saleh Airport is located 10 km north Malang. Your option is using taxi for IDR 60,000 for a group or call for gojek for 25,000 for single backpacker. Just make sure your get out first. Ask them to bring you to Jalan Semeru – Semeru Hostel.

“The closest clinic is located in front of our hostel, Tandya Clinic, which offers general health services. For more serious health problems, you can go to Husada Hospital, located about 150 meters from the hostel.”

MOG Mall Olympic Garden is the biggest mall in Malang, located just 100m away from the hostel.

Sports fans can enjoy tennis, football, athletics, or swimming in front of the hostel.

The closest food center is Kawi street just 200m from Semeru Hostel. Its populated with mid range restaurants. There is also lower class street food near the station about 1km walks.
Souvenirs
There are plenty of souvenirs shop. The most viral is Malang Strudel just in front of Semeru Hostel. Other souvenir shop located around the train station.
Traditional Market
For any backpacker who love cooking there is a Oro-oro Dowo fresh market to shop for your favorite recipe. It’s just 400m from Semeru Hostel.
